Blinqlab respects and protects the privacy of all visitors to its site www.blinqlab.nl and related websites or web applications, (hereinafter: "Site"). Blinqlab uses all personal information provided to it only for the purposes described in this Privacy Statement. The legal relationship between you and Blinqlab is governed by Dutch law and the processing of personal data is therefore in accordance with applicable Dutch laws and regulations in the field of privacy, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act.

If you provide Blinqlab with orders via the order module or otherwise, your name, e-mail address and project reference, usually consisting of location, postcode and address, will in any case be processed. If you want to create an account via our website in order to work on account, (only for selected companies possible), all your NAWTE data will be recorded as well as your Chamber of Commerce number. If you place an assignment, we will make images of the interior and / or exterior of the real estate, depending on the type of assignment. This can be done in the form of photography, video, floor plans and visualisations.

Your data will only be used to communicate with you and any third parties engaged in the assignment about the assignment (s) you have provided. If necessary, we will send you a newsletter. In the case of your own account, the data will be processed so that you can log into your personal page.

Blinqlab will not provide your information to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is obliged to do so on the basis of a legal provision. Blinqlab can, however, provide (some of) your data to companies affiliated with Blinqlab. Blinqlab strives to pseudonimise all personal details of the relevant assignment one year after completion, invoicing or cancellation of the quotation or order. If there are legal retention periods for data, for example invoicing, these determine the retention period for quotation or assignment related information.

Blinqlab offers several ways to manage the notifications you receive. You can choose to no longer receive certain emails and notifications by indicating your preference via your settings page in the web application. You can also unsubscribe by following the instructions at the bottom of each type of e-mail. All e-mails related to administration or services (to confirm an order or an update of this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Service, etc.) generally do not offer an option to unsubscribe, because they are necessary to provide you with the desired to provide services.
