• You have at least 5 years’ experience in management position at an international firm (Architectural / Engineering firms a huge plus).
• You have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field.
• You are enthusiastic, quality driven and service/result oriented.
• You have convincing commercial skills and a good commercial business sense.
• You have demonstrable track record in managing multiple teams and projects.
• You have excellent (English) verbal and written communication skills.
• You have clear analytical skills and experience of business process improvements.
• You have an independent and proactive work attitude with an “open door” for counterparts and subordinates.
• You have a high level of organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

• You will manage the day-to-day production of multiple teams.
• You will ensure deadlines, quality, and service levels are all met.
• You will develop strategies to increase efficiency (without compromise to quality) of production units and apply to the teams.
• You will commit to service standards and on-target delivery.
• You will encourage team building and co-working culture among the production teams.
• You will communicate with customers for quotes, orders, and complaints.
• You will tackle day to day production matters and put in place processes to mitigate impacts.
• You will create necessary production overviews that gives a snapshot of current state and a prognosis for the future by analyzing trends and seasonal patterns.
